Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located very close to the city center, offering convenient access to both the ski resort and various walks. Our room in the older part of the hotel was a little on the small side, limiting fresh air due to external noise under our window. The hotel does provide discounts for their high-quality restaurant in the city. The dining experience could be more varied, yet the wonderful selection of cereals, boiled eggs, cakes, cheese, fruits, and homemade jam was delightful.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a comfy bed overlooking the quiet street, even though they were a little on the small side in this old classical hotel. The service was top-notch, offering housekeeping, laundry, a welcome drink, and even pet amenities available. The location was very central, just opposite the Kaputsiner Kloister and very close to the city center, although the noise from the city could be disturbing at times. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of wonderful options, including cereals, boiled eggs, cakes, cheese, meats, fruits, and homemade jam, although it could use a bit more variety. The facilities provided were great, catering to all my needs.
