My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious but lacked a romantic feel, and the narrow and steep staircase posed challenges. Despite being average, the room was extremely noisy at times. The service was friendly but disrupted by loud conversations from staff gathering below our window. The location was convenient for public transport but required a bus/tram journey into town. The dining options were good but could have used more staff to enhance the experience. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
